**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Head of Growth

**Key Responsibilities**: Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms**:

- Analyze campaign data to improve **ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)** and reduce **CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)**:

- Develop detailed audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Conduct **A/B testing** of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the **design team** to develop high-performing ad creatives, images, and videos

SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Conduct **keyword research** and optimize on-page elements for **product pages, blog content, and collection pages**:

- Develop and maintain a **content calendar** aligned with seasonal and brand campaigns
- Improve **site architecture**, internal linking, and metadata for better crawlability and indexation
- Monitor **keyword rankings**, organic traffic trends, and implement technical SEO recommendations

Copywriting & Content Development
- Create **SEO-optimized blog posts**, brand stories, and guides focusing on sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
- Ensure consistent **brand tone of voice** across all digital content
- Collaborate with the **creative/design team** to align messaging and visuals across campaigns

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **performance marketing and SEO**:

- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and **Google Analytics**:

- Proficiency in **SEO tools** (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Strong **copywriting** and **content creation** skills
- Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Understanding of **e-commerce marketing** and customer journey
- Excellent communication and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **e-commerce platforms** like Shopify or WooCommerce
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and web analytics tagging is a plus
- Passion for **sustainability**, **design**, or **lifestyle brands**
