**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
