**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and communicate the organization's overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stay abreast of technological trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology department.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical staff.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technology products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.
- Define and maintain the technical architecture of the organization's systems.
- Ensure that the technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and able to meet current and future needs.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies that could enhance the organization's products or services.
- Direct research and development efforts to keep the company at the forefront of technological innovation.
- Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other executives, such as the CEO, CFO, and CIO, to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to understand and address their technology needs.
- Develop and manage the technology budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to support technology projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Implement processes for continuous improvement in development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of technology initiatives.
- Communicate the technology strategy and progress to key stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
