QualificationBachelor in Technology from a reputed institute (BE/B-Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus qualification.

ExperienceMinimum 20 years of experience in IT Industry. Experience in BFSI, especially Capital Markets will be added benefit.

**Background to the Position**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction in technology for the company in term of platforms, developments, partnerships. Responsible to formulate and implement the overall IT strategy and establish the company’s technology vision to support growth in all areas.
- Responsible for software development, infrastructure management and support, IT procurement, audits and compliance.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely. Able to focus customer on needs - to create the technology stack to meet customer needs for the future. To be aware of regulatory guidelines / requirements with respect to technology.
- Vendor Management and other external relationships management.
- To work with CISO for ensuring a robust IT security. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Work with all stakeholders, Regulators, Business Partners, Systems Integration partners, to deliver the technology solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in large scale tech development companies/Fintech systems, within depth knowledge and experience on architecture, design, development, network and server management both on Prem and cloud will be essential.
- At least 5 years of experience as CTO or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
