itSimple is a niche leader in Backup & Archival Solutions for large Government and Enterprise customers across India. With exponential growth in revenue, market presence, and profitability, we partner with global leaders like Veeam, Atempo, Druva, and Commvault.

We're now looking for a visionary CTO to define, own, and lead our technology journey — shaping the future of data resiliency in India.

Your Role

As CTO, you'll:

  • Define & execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Lead and inspire an in-house R&D team to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
  • Act as a Resiliency Guru — trusted by customers as a consultant, not just a vendor
  • Ensure scalability, security, and innovation across platforms and solutions
  • Provide hands-on technical depth (not coding, but strong architecture-level expertise) to earn respect internally and externally
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive growth

What We're Looking For

  • 12–18 years of experience in technology leadership
  • Deep expertise in Backup & Resiliency industries
  • Proven track record in scaling technology platforms
  • Strong system architecture & technology strategy skills
  • Ability to balance visionary leadership with hands-on credibility
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering/Computer Science
