his is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist at My JK CART in Ahmedabad. As the E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the company's online presence, overseeing e-commerce platforms like Bigbasket, and also the Company's JK Cart Store, and managing the Listing, Cataloguing, and Marketing process. E-commerce Specialists are also responsible for improving customer service, increasing sales, and analyzing e-commerce data.

E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with industry best practices.

Product Management: Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.

Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the overall customer journey, from website navigation to checkout, to ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to management.

Payment Gateway Management: Oversee the integration and management of payment gateways to facilitate smooth and secure online transactions.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) in e-commerce management and Executions.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.

Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. Maintaining stock

Maintaining FIFO, coordination courier partner, and other online marketing strategies.
