**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platform.

- Monitor and ensure accurate order processing and timely customer service.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Handle logistics for international shipping and ensure compliance with customs and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to address issues and optimize performance.
- Track performance using e-commerce and analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and performance tools.
- Knowledge of online retail operations and basic digital marketing.
- Creative flair with awareness of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
