**Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Listing and Management**:

- Upload new products to the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.

2. **Order Processing**:

- Monitor and process online orders promptly.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order shipments.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Generate reports on e-commerce performance.

5. **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the execution of e-commerce marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,489.73 - ₹32,095.60 per month
