Inside Sales Executive

-Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls and follow up with leads generated via various channels

Clearly explain IT products/services (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud solutions, etc.) to potential clients

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions

Schedule online demos or meetings with qualified leads

Maintain and update CRM systems with call logs, follow-ups, and deal progress

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and/or regional language)

Prior experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in IT or tech-based services

Familiarity with basic IT concepts such as cloud computing, SaaS, CRM, etc.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

Good listening and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
