**Position** : Inside Sales Executive
**Minimum Experience** : 2-3 Years
**Location** : Greater Noida
**About the position**:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle remotely. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a critical part of our mission to deliver clean energy solutions across India.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements and communicate product offerings and value proposition
- Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales/pre-sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities
- Follow up with potential customers, respond to queries, and drive lead conversion
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal preparation
- Track sales pipeline and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Research new market opportunities and assist in identifying strategic prospects
- Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams for improvements
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales (preferably in energy, engineering, or B2B sectors)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of sales tools, CRMs, and digital communication platforms
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
