Position Inside Sales Executive Minimum Experience 1-3 Years Location Greater Noida About the position As an Inside Sales Executive you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads nurturing customer relationships and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle remotely You ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a critical part of our mission to deliver clean energy solutions across India Roles Responsibilities Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls emails and digital platforms Understand client requirements and communicate product offerings and value proposition Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales pre-sales team Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities Follow up with potential customers respond to queries and drive lead conversion Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal preparation Track sales pipeline and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Research new market opportunities and assist in identifying strategic prospects Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams for improvements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in inside sales lead generation or tele-sales preferably in energy engineering or B2B sectors Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Good understanding of sales tools CRMs and digital communication platforms Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently What we Value Grit - The Non-Negotiable Trait Relentless Resourcefulness - The Pathfinders Optimism - The Mental Boost Constant Learning - The ROI Multipliers Emphasizing Mutual Respect - The Basics of Respect Fun to Be Around - The Positive Atmosphere Growth Mindset - The Foundation Enjoys Responsibility - Taking Ownership Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
