We are seeking a **motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing real estate sales team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective buyers, and supporting the full sales lifecycle—from inquiry to closure. This is a high-growth role with attractive incentives for top performers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound sales calls** to generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and **coordinate site visits**, sharing accurate and appealing information with prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of **client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines** using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the **field sales team** to ensure smooth site visits and successful deal closures.
- Meet or exceed **monthly/quarterly sales targets** and actively contribute to team revenue goals.
- Provide timely responses to **customer inquiries** regarding pricing, features, and availability.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through **consistent follow-up and personalized service**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
