**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Freshers

**Location**: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

**Timings**: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update a tracker for job submissions and report daily activities to the team lead.
- Assist senior recruiters with resume formatting, profile submissions, and interview scheduling.
- Learn and implement basic IT staffing and recruitment practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job boards/portals is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn recruitment processes.
