- Strategize different ways to strong build talent pipeline through various sourcing streams including but not limited to company provided sourcing tools, database search, internet sourcing initiatives, tactical research, social media initiatives, sourcing campaigns and other relevant channels
- Effectively utilize internal database and employee referral scheme
Extensively work on market benchmarking exercises to advise/ update the stakeholders about competition and trends
- Create engaging and unbiased job adverts in line with the company's corporate brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers and the wider talent acquisition team to both identify and engage the talent
- Ensure the consistency of all open roles adherence to the service level agreements and meeting the stakeholder's expectations
- Timely and accurately updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Success factors-
- Educated to Degree level with proven experience in Talent sourcing in a Corporate, professional services / engineering environment
- Experience in recruiting engineers for consulting firms and industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and FMCG will be added advantage
- Should have sound knowledge recruitment processes, policies and practices
- Experience of using a bespoke applicant tracking system
- Social media savvy with strong ideas of how to best utilize platforms to drive talent attraction**Personal Attributes: -**- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be good at persuading, influencing, collaborating, negotiation & customer service skills
