**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to clients or leads, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
- Answer inbound calls, addressing client inquiries regarding products, services, and technical details (related to QCE services).
- Provide product information, detailing the company's engineering and quality control processes, ensuring clarity in communication.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Identify potential leads through cold calling or by utilizing existing databases.
- Engage with prospects, explain QCE services, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads or clients after initial contact to close deals or resolve queries.
- **Sales & Service Promotion**:

- Promote services related to quality control and engineering, ensuring potential clients understand the benefits of these services.
- Handle objections and questions with professionalism and product knowledge to increase the chances of a successful sale.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM or database.
- Update the database with any changes to customer status or contact details.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to services provided.
- Escalate technical issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate departments within the company.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Provide regular reports on call status, client feedback, and follow-up activities to management.
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the quality control team to improve services.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all communications meet the company’s standards for quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the engineering or quality control team to understand service offerings and assist with the delivery of precise information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
