**Job Title**: Manager / Assistant Manager - Electrical (Plant Construction - Solar Cell Manufacturing)

**Job Purpose**:
To manage the electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning activities during the construction of solar cell manufacturing plant. The role ensures execution as per project schedule, quality, and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

After Plant Commissioning the person will take Responsibility of Maintenance of Plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution & Management**:

- Supervise installation of electrical systems: Power Distribution system, Switch yard 415 Kva HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and control systems.
- Oversee execution of HVAC / cleanroom electrical works, automation interfaces, and PLC/SCADA integration applicable on Manufacturing Equipment Installed.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

**Site Supervision & Contractor Management**:

- Monitor and manage electrical contractors and vendors for quality, progress, and adherence to safety norms.
- Conduct regular site walks, inspections, and audits to assess compliance and progress.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.

**Coordination & Stakeholder Management**:

- Interface with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and utility teams to resolve site coordination issues.
- Collaborate with design consultants, OEMs, and statutory authorities for approvals and technical clarifications.
- Ensure integration of electrical systems with BMS, EMS, and plant monitoring systems.

**Quality, Safety & Documentation**:

- Enforce electrical safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (CEIG, CEA, etc.).
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection checklists, and test reports (FAT, SAT, IR, etc.).
- Support audits and inspections by internal/external agencies.

**Planning & Reporting**:

- Track project milestones, manage daily progress reports (DPR), and flag deviations.
- Support planning team in resource forecasting, material planning, and cost monitoring.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Diploma /B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

**Experience**:

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in electrical execution of large-scale industrial projects, preferably in solar, semiconductor, pharma, or Chemical Industry.
- Experience in greenfield projects is preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Working knowledge of electrical layouts, SLDs, cable routing, panel installation, and switchgear.Power distribution system from 380 kv Grid to 13kv, Switch Yard. SCADA for Electrical power distribution.
- Familiarity with national/international electrical codes (IE Rules, IS/IEC/IEEE Standards).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools like MS Project/Primavera.

**Preferred Certifications (Optional)**:

- Electrical Supervisor License (if applicable).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Safety training certifications (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred).
