**Vacant Position - ETP, RO & MEE Plant Operator.**

Position - ETP, RO & MEE Plant Operator - Responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, and Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) unit. Ensures all wastewater is treated and disposed of as per environmental norms and company SOPs.

Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring ETP, RO, and MEE equipment and processes, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.

Carry out routine checks and log operational parameters (e.g., flow rate, pH, TDS, pressure, temperature).

Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Ensure zero discharge violations and compliance with PCB (Pollution Control Board) regulations.

Collect samples and assist in regular testing and analysis of treated effluent.

Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports for audits.

Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or treatment process problems.

Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure its optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

Understanding and properly handling chemicals used in the wastewater treatment process.

Monitoring and adjusting treatment processes to achieve desired effluent quality and ensure compliance.

A solid understanding of wastewater treatment processes, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.

A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, including the handling of hazardous chemicals and equipment.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from monitoring devices and equipment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaborating with team members.

Skills and Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

5-7 years of experience in operating ETP, RO, and/or MEE systems in an industrial setup.

Familiarity with basic water and wastewater parameters.

Knowledge of pollution control norms and statutory compliances.

Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies independently.

Salary In Hand - 15 K To 2O K
