**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source suppliers for raw materials and other necessary components.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid production delays.
- Ensure the quality of materials meets company specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Track market trends and adjust procurement strategies as necessary.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in the procurement function.
