Tele Caller Executive

**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer queries, complaints, or issues effectively.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Persuade customers to purchase products/services or renew subscriptions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
