We are looking for a dedicated **Quality Assurance Executive** to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of quality in our soya product range.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Testing**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Perform various tests (physical, chemical, microbiological) on soya products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all product quality records are accurately maintained and comply with industry standards.
- Assist in preparing quality reports for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
- **Process Improvement**:

- Work closely with production teams to identify areas for process improvement to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate non-conformities.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
- **Training & Support**:

- Provide training to production and quality control staff on proper procedures for handling soya products, quality checks, and hygiene practices.
- Assist the QA Manager in enforcing company policies and best practices across the plant.
- **Product Development Support**:

- Collaborate with R&D teams during the development of new products to ensure quality standards are met during the transition to production.
- Monitor trials for new formulations and ensure their compliance with company quality standards.
- **Customer Complaints & Product Recalls**:

- Investigate customer complaints and initiate root cause analysis.
- Assist in product recall processes, if necessary, and take appropriate corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the soya or plant-based food sector is highly desirable.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with industry certifications like ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
