**Sales Coordinator (Garment Industry
- Shirt Manufacturing) will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks like preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Tracking sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinating with the production and logistics teams to meet order deadlines.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
- **Sales Data Management**:

- Tracking sales performance and generating reports.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Using CRM software to manage customer information and sales pipelines.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assisting Sales Team in organizing/participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication to interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- **Proficiency in Sales Tools**: Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and other administrative tasks.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.

**Preferences**:

- Coordination experience of 1-2 Years preferably from the garment Industry.
