Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Track & Trace Sales Manpower: Monitor and track daily attendance and location of the sales team across India, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date.

Target Management: Use sales tracking software to monitor the achievement of sales targets by team members. Ensure targets are met and assist in reporting progress.

Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis, addressing queries, providing necessary support, and ensuring they have the tools and information needed to meet their targets.

Sales Manager Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide daily updates on team performance, attendance, targets, and any challenges faced by the sales team.

Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report any discrepancies related to attendance, target achievements, and other operational matters. Provide timely solutions or escalate to management as needed.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, attendance, and other key metrics, ensuring data integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
