**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and process sales orders, track progress, and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
- Provide sales support by preparing materials and coordinating meetings.
- Regularly check and update order statuses through WhatsApp or internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, logistics) for smooth operations.
- Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in sales orders or customer complaints.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and providing timely responses.
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Coordinate effectively with territory managers and showroom staff to ensure alignment on sales strategies, customer requirements, and product availability.
- Cold Calling and Pitching to potential new dealers, introducing products, and building relationships to expand the dealer network.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
