**Job Description Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Reports To: Sr. Sales Coordinator/ZSM**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for the accomplishment of TSI and distributor targets and monitor target VS achievement report.
- Responsible for outlet expansion and correction.
- Responsible for Product expansion.
- Responsible for distributor’s expansion
- Responsible to increase the productive call
- Responsible to increase the secondary
- Responsible for controlling expiry and damage.
- Responsible for Stock Rotation at depo, distributor and retailer level
- Responsible the FIFO at Distributor level& Retailer Level
- Have to do Market visit
- observation through field assist
- Launching new product.
- Responsible for penetration test (Creativity and Market Survey)
- Responsible for the coordination with In-shop team

- Education level: - Bachelor's degree.
- Experience : - Min 2 Year experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Specific skills : - Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

- Physical abilities : -Physical & medical Fit.

- Assign daily 20 calls to ASM & follow-up
- Maintain Depot& distributor inventory order &check the stock before order processing with follow-up
- TSI work tracking from field assist and checking photos
- TSI follow-up for TC, PC & Secondary
- Check PJP daily of ASM & TSI
- ASM weekly meeting with ZSM sir
- Route sampling follow-up to increase sales of our product and for controlling expiry
- Plan exhibition / Mela's for controlling expiry
- SKU wise range selling follow up with TSI for primary & secondary
- DB & retailer expansion follow up with ASM & TSI
- Daily data maintain & analysis for business growth & meeting
- Every month maintain/prepare TSI/ASM - CTS & appraisal point
- Manage communication between sales team and core member
- Assist in preparing sales reports and projection.
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
