**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify customer needs and resolve their concerns effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Gather and record customer feedback to improve products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits.
- **Documentation**:

- Record details of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
