**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 2 to 5 years
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
