We are looking for Desktop Support L2 at Bangalore

Salary will up to 5 LPA

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any field or stream (including Computer Science, Information Technology), or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Any IT certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
