Role: L2 IT Support Associate
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)
Experience Range: 4-7 Years
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- 4-7 years of experience working in Service Desk for L2
- Understanding of hardware, software and TCP/IP networking principles.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus, and inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of computers (PC, Laptop and Mac) and peripherals.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Windows servers and Clients.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, O365, Creation of mail box, Password resets
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
- VPN, Internet Concepts, Network Technical Support, Networking Concepts, Internet Fundamentals, VOIP, IP routing and Switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP Administration.
- Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
- Patching and Upgrading of PC’s - routine upgrades that cannot be performed remotely
- IMAC: Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACs)
- ITIL Certification is a must
- Oral and written communication, professional, and interpersonal skills, keen attention to details with strategic and holistic mindset, self - motivated and directed.
