Position Overview
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs for various multi-channel, multi-touch demand generation activities with short term and long term goals that are in line with the company’s revenue goals.- Own content and campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from writing, web, design, and social teams.
- Manage all channels and optimize content in our website/social presence to drive higher lead conversions.
- Constantly monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure positive ROI from marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
- Develop an online presence on software marketing channels such as G2 and Capterra to drive intent-based leads.
- Leverage webinars and digital conference participation/sponsorship to prospect for potential customers.
- Partner with the outbound marketing team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs.
- Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes with the sales team.
- Effectively track and understand marketing funnel KPIs and report to the leadership team on the impact of demand gen activities on monthly revenue.

- 6-9 years of relevant marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success running B2B demand generation campaigns, preferably for a SaaS or technology company
- 4+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
- Have experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs and experience generating high quality leads for marketing technology products.
- Have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, campaign optimization and campaigns measurements to prove ROI with comprehensive reporting.
- Have tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, nurturing, scoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Have experience working with paid media, B2B influencers and content syndication vendors.
- Have hands-on experience with Hubspot, Intercom and advertising platforms like Linkedin.
- Have experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
- Are a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to take ownership with mínimal supervision.
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
- Have exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Are a highly self motivated individual with creative flair and eye for good design and extreme attention to detail.
