**Sales Executive - Job Responsibilities**1. **Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify and reach out to new prospects such as architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and regularly update CRM/lead tracker.

2. **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Present company products (wood cladding, decking, flooring) with samples, catalogues, and technical details.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Understand client requirements and suggest the most suitable product lines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until closure.

3. **Sales Process & Revenue Growth**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the project execution team for timely deliveries and installations.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products (e.g., offering decking with flooring projects).

4. **Market Research & Competitor Tracking**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide inputs on customer preferences and product demands to management.
- Suggest new opportunities for product positioning and niche creation.

5. **Brand Representation**
- Represent Elegance Living in client meetings, trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain professional communication and uphold the brand image in all interactions.
- Share brochures, digital presentations, and social media content with clients.

6. **Coordination & Reporting**
- Coordinate with the design/operations team to ensure correct specifications are delivered.
- Work closely with the backend team for order processing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, leads, and target achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
