PlasticCity is a Hybrid B2B Online Marketplace for All types of packaging products. PlasticCity was born from an idea to provide an interactive online platform for industrial and other commodity, get empowered to proceed further with a procurement decision, and initiate sourcing right from the platform. Its manufacturing capabilities help customers reduce the costs of existing and new products, optimize the number of suppliers, and produce high-quality products faster.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Outreach**: Initiate outbound calls to vendors, introducing the platform, and establishing or maintaining relationships.
- **Order Confirmation**: Communicate with vendors to upload quotations, ensuring accurate packaging details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues related to vendor onboarding, payment terms, or product discrepancies by liaising between vendors and internal teams.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from vendors regarding their experiences with the platform & identifying areas for improvement.
- **Contractual Agreements**: Communicate and ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
- **New Vendor Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, providing necessary information and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with vendors.
- **Payment Follow-Up**: Follow up on payment-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing feedback to vendors.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for vendor management strategy.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi), with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-lasting positive relationships with vendors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, especially in the context of vendor-related issues.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when passing the details to the vendors, accepting quotations, and reviewing contractual agreements.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Basic negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial terms with vendors.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple vendor interactions and tasks simultaneously.
- **Results Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using new platforms, CRM systems, and other tools relevant to vendor management.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in business, supply chain management, or a related field may be preferred).
Note - **Salary package starts from 10-15K for first 3 months, after completion of 90 working days based on their performance, salary hike will be recommended along with hierarchy.**
