**Job Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential students and parents, providing information about our programs, and scheduling appointments for counseling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and offerings.
- Address queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with our education advisors.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.

**Qualifications**

**For All Roles**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to engage in persuasive conversations with potential clients.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.

**Full-Time Telecaller**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
- Availability to work 6 days a week.

**Part-Time Telecaller**:

- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexible work hours, suitable for students or those with other commitments.

**Telecalling Intern**:

- Currently pursuing graduation or a related program.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the overseas education industry.
