**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and confident **Female IT Sales Executives** to join our growing international sales team. The role involves promoting IT services to overseas clients (Australia, USA, and Canada) on a **commission-based structure** with high earning potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients in international markets.
- Present and promote IT products and services to prospective customers.
- Build strong client relationships and manage leads efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Prior experience in international sales or IT sales will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn through performance.
