**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Innovate and design new menu items, focusing on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to curate an outstanding dining experience for guests.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in preparing continental cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in plating.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
