**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes following standard recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Stock Management**:
Help with the storage and handling of raw materials, ensuring proper inventory management and hygiene standards.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to prevent contamination and cross-contamination.
- **Assist Senior Chefs**:
Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, assisting with mise en place, food preparation, and plating.
- **Cooking Techniques**:
- **Quality Control**:
Assist in tasting dishes to ensure flavors and textures meet the restaurant's standards. Report any issues with ingredients or preparation methods to senior chefs.
- **Teamwork**:
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
