Required Experience 3+ years, personal laptop that functions smoothly with video calls and meetings, high speed internet connection, has worked night shift or ready to work night shift (US shift)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel Access PowerPoint, Word) advance levels of Excel (pivot tables formulas excel workbook maintenance best practices)
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, and related apps.
- You have good verbal and written communication skills to support your work with responsibility for processing Customer requests and ensure all process & procedures are followed
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work under high-pressure deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated self-assured and self-managed
- Strong attention to details.
- Independent decision-making capabilities demonstrated through leadership
- Pride of ownership with the ability to deliver high quality results timely
- Problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
