Land Acquisition Manager Job Description

The role of Land Acquisition Manager is to oversee land acquisition across multiple regional sites, ensuring timely resolution of land issues.

  • Coordinate with regional teams, Land Aggregators, Business Development Team, Legal Team, Project Team, Finance Team to manage land acquisition progress and resolve land issues.

Key Skills Required:

  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Land Acquisition and Land Management.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a total of 7 to 12 years of experience with minimum 5 years' experience in Land Acquisition and Land Management.

As a key member of the Land Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of land issues, preparing periodic MIS reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to manage land acquisition progress.
