**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform reconciliation of book of accounts.
- Research on discrepancies with cash transactions.
- Coordinate with Onshore teams to clear transaction breaks.
- Understand and improve the problem-solving capability for accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies.
- Primary and secondary capital market project deliveries.

**Preferred Skillset**:

- Willing to work in US Shift.
- Strong knowledge on journal entries and financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate delivery skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong academics with a degree in MBA, M.COM or an equivalent in Finance or similar field
- Freshers with good academic skills in Accounting
- Good soft skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year
