**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform reconciliation of book of accounts or fund accounting
- Research on discrepancies with cash transactions,
- Coordinate with Onshore teams to clear transaction breaks.
- Understand and improve the problem-solving capability for accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies.
- Primary and secondary capital market project deleveries
- **Preferred Skillset**:

- Willing to work in US Shift.
- Knowledge of capital markets, alternative investments, such as hedge funds and private equity, will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate delivery skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong academics with a degree in MBA, M.COM or an equivalent in Finance or similar field
- Freshers with good academic skills in Accounting
- Good softskills
- Should be handy with MS office tools

Work Location - **BENGALURU, Training will be done in Mysuru (WFO)**

Job Type - On-site

Timings - US Shift (Mon - Fri)

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
