Job Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the financial

transactions of a company, including maintaining accurate records of accounts

payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

They play an important role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the

company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including

maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and

expenses
- Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income

statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for

improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transactions are

properly recorded and reported
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a

related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in budgeting and forecasting is a plus

The Accounts Executive is a crucial role within the finance department, responsible

for managing the financial transactions of the company and ensuring compliance

with accounting principles and financial regulations. They must possess strong

analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage financial

transactions and prepare accurate financial reports.
