About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in accounting and a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP9. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records using Tally ERP9.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and other finance-related activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP9 (knowledge of Tally Prime will be an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
