Senior Finance Executive

rProcess is looking Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The role demands a flexible individual with a learning mindset and the capability to contribute to process improvements and evolving operational strategies. Managing an organization's financial health through budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business goals.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Advise leadership on financial matters, investment opportunities, and strategies for cost reduction and growth.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, monitor cash flow, and ensure the security of company assets.

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, collaborating with internal and external auditors.

  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Work with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals and provide financial insights for business initiatives.

  • Maintaining MIS and tax-related processes

  • Knowledge of GST / IT returns filing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com, MBA in Finance, CA student or completed CA Article ship (even working with a CA).

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the finance/account's domain

  • Technical Skills: a) Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting tools. b) MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) c) Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Power Query, Dashboards) d) Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software & Exposure to ERP environments. Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and reporting abilities

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and take initiative

  • Process-oriented mindset with a drive to improve systems and operations

  • Salary: As per Market standards & Experience.
