Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

2+ year of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Support in budget preparation, billing, estimation (Est), and financial reporting.

Use accounting software such as Tally and tools like MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with the finance team and external auditors for audits and reviews.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of:

GST, TDS

Billing & Estimation

PF (Provident Fund)

Accounting Software (e.g., Tally)

Proficient in:

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.

Additional Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Mysore
