**Regional Sales Manager** **RSM**

**Exp - 9 - 15 yrs**

**Location - BANGALORE**

**Function**: Sales

**Employment type**: Full time

NP - immediate - 30 days

**Job responsibilities**:

- Develop and review long and short-term sales strategies and maintain channels.
- Responsible for implementing Sales Plan and Strategies with a view to increase
sustainable market share and profitability.
- Responsible for strengthening and expanding the distribution network and customer base.
- Responsible for analyzing the competition activities, demand and supply forecasting,
surveying consumer needs and trends.
- Responsible for managing complete business cycle in assigned Zone for business
development and customer acquisition to payment collection, and regional and national
contracts.
- Attends industry trade shows and selected market buyer/seller collaborative events as
needed.
- Provides quotes to prospects and customers as needed within company’s acceptable profit parameters.
- Communicates Sales activity/forecasting monthly with management/production.
- Responsible for implementing effective sales monitoring system, daily, weekly, monthly target achievement & business review (sales, Coverage and Fill rate)
- Provide the necessary support and training to sales associates/ first line managers/ area manager team to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
- Develop and implement new business development and expansion plans, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics, for territory growth and expansion.
- Communicates job expectations clearly to teams, undertake performance reviews
periodically and take corrective actions where needed, work on sales incentive plans for
teams, undertake appraisals as per defined frequency.

**Skill set required**:

- Excellent team management, communication skills (written and verbal) along with ability to plan strategically and engage in timely decision making and problem solving.
- Knowledge of competitor analysis, capacity building, new business development, sales
planning and territory management.
- Working knowledge of MSoffice.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, both
internal and external.
- Knowledge of product portfolio and FMCG & Frozen food market segment, & market knowledge of south India region.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
