Zonal Support Executive

Zonal Support executive role is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to me, RM & multiple branches, multiple stake holders within & outside the Zone. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of business functions and facilitating communication between HO, ZO, RO and the branches or units.
- He/She will be responsible for managing day to day administrative tasks such as document management, record-keeping, and reporting etc.
- Coordinating for meetings, workshops, and events within the zone, including logistics and scheduling.
- He will Serve as a central point of contact between the branches/units and ZO, corporate office, ensuring effective communication and information flow. Relay important updates, directives, and policies etc.
- He/She would be responsible for collect, analyze, and compile data relevant to the performance of employees of the Zone, including daily update on sales & distribution figures & market trends etc
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards for the Zone, region & Branches, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Address operational challenges and issues faced by branches/units promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions and implement best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits and quality checks to maintain high standards including Zonal Budget management & settlement of claims.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the zone, region and individual branches/units. Highlight & identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement strategies for achieving targets. Collaborate with zonal leadership teams for weekly updates &meetings etc.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
