A Customer Service Job also known as a Telemarketing Representative or Telesales Executive, is responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services or generating interest and leads for the sales team. This role often involves working in call centers, customer service departments, or sales teams within various industries.

**Outbound Calling**: Place outbound calls to a list of potential customers, either generated in-house or provided by the company, to promote and sell products or services.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads, record relevant information, and pass promising leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

**Sales Techniques**: Utilize sales techniques and scripts to effectively convey the value proposition and overcome objections to close sales or secure appointments.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Patience and active listening skills.
- Product knowledge and industry understanding.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and call center systems.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven approach.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
