? **Job Matching**: Find suitable job requirements that align with consultant skills and preferences, ensuring quick and successful submissions.
?** Negotiation & Closure**: Negotiate rate and terms with vendors and clients, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful placements.
? **Daily Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress and gather feedback.
? **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all paperwork, agreements, and immigration documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with policies and legal standards.
? **Market Insight**: Stay up-to-date with visa regulations, job market trends, and in-demand technologies.
