**Designation: Bench Sales Recruiter (Work from Office)**

**Location: Kanpur**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in permanent positions
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients
- Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements
- Submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors, negotiation of offers
- Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc
- Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to create good presentation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be detail oriented and active listener

**Requirement**:
Pay: ₹10,247.68 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
