**Responsibilities of US IT Bench Sales Recruiter**
- Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens) to potential clients by leveraging various marketing strategies, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their requirements and provide suitable bench consultants to meet their staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and understand client job requirements. Ensure bench consultants' skills align with client needs.
- Screen and evaluate the resumes of bench consultants to match client job descriptions. Submit suitable profiles to clients in a timely manner.
- Negotiate rates with clients and consultants. Ensure successful placement by managing the end-to-end process, from initial contact to final placement.
- Track and meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruiting activities and results.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and visa classifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
