**Job Type**: Full-Time | Night Shift

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **highly motivated and proactive fresher** to join our dynamic **US IT Bench Sales team**. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong **communication skills**, eagerness to learn, and a basic understanding of **Bench Sales** in the US IT staffing industry.

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our **US-based consultants** to suitable job opportunities with various clients and staffing partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market and place **US-based IT consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, etc.)** to relevant job requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **vendors, clients, and implementation partners**.
- Proactively identify opportunities and submit profiles on job portals, vendor networks, and direct client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and consultants.
- Maintain daily, weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay updated on market trends and technology skill demands.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English.
- **Proactive, self-motivated**, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of **US IT Bench Sales** process.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts** (US time zones).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Any experience or internship in US Staffing / Bench Sales.
- Familiarity with job portals like **Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder**, etc.
- Understanding of **US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)** and **work visa classifications**.
